The beauty of yoga is that anyone can practice it. Yoga introduces us to our true self. A person's true self is his true nature, a nature that is pure and clear. Such a nature is termed 'sat-chit-Anand' by Yogis. The word 'sat' means real, 'Chit' means awareness and consciousness, and 'Anand' means bliss. The self that we are made up of is never incomplete or in disharmony. However, living in this world makes us lose ourselves, and forget what we are capable of Yoga is the only way to re-introduce us to our true selves. It is the only way to reconnect.
